Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsGoogle Ads can fill a calendar within days, and it can also burn through a budget on searches that were never going to become customers. Which of those happens depends less on the size of the budget than on how the account is built: what it bids on, what it refuses to show up for, where clicks land and whether anyone tracks the result back to signed work.
Each guide on this site covers pay per click for one kind of business from end to end, using that trade's real searches, seasons and objections. Choose yours below.

How we think about paid search
Cost per click is the easiest number to see and the least useful on its own. What matters is what it costs to win a customer, which depends on how many clicks become calls, how many calls become appointments and how many appointments sign. An account can show cheap clicks and still lose money if the calls go unanswered or the landing page confuses people.
So the guides start from the economics. They show how to work backward from the value of a signed job to a spending ceiling, then how to shape campaigns, keywords and schedules around it. They are equally frank about limits: some trades are expensive to advertise in, some searches are mostly curiosity and some platforms restrict certain claims.
We do not promise leads, costs or returns, and none of the guides do. What they describe is a method you can check: a clear structure, tight keyword control, honest tracking and a report that goes past clicks.
What a good account contains
| Piece | What it looks like | What goes wrong without it |
|---|---|---|
| Campaigns by service | Separate budgets for the work you most want, not one pile of keywords | Money drifts to the cheapest or loudest search |
| Keyword control | Chosen themes plus a long, growing negative list | Budget lands on jobs you do not do and people who will never buy |
| Location targeting | Your real service area, with exclusions where needed | Clicks from towns you cannot reach |
| Scheduling and call handling | Ads shown when someone can answer, with call tracking | Paid clicks that reach voicemail |
| Landing pages that match | A page built for the specific search, with a clear next step | People bounce because the page does not fit the ad |
| Conversion tracking | Calls, forms and bookings recorded, ideally tied to signed work | Nobody can tell what is working |
| Regular review | Search terms checked, bids and budgets adjusted, reports explained | Waste builds quietly month after month |
How management works
We audit an existing account or build a new one around your services and area.
Campaigns start with controlled budgets and tight keywords so we learn before we scale.
Search terms are reviewed often and negatives added, while ads and pages are tested.
Calls and forms are tied to source so you can see what each campaign produces.
You get a plain report each month and decisions about where spend should go next.
What management costs
$895 a month
Google Ads managed end to end. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to Google.
$1,595 a month
Google plus one more, such as Bing or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), with the same tracking.
$2,295 a month
Search, Bing and Meta managed together so budgets can follow what works.
No setup fee, no contract. See the full pricing page.
Questions owners ask first
There is no single number. Work backward from what a signed job is worth and how many inquiries it takes to win one, which gives a sensible ceiling and a starting budget.
Ads can begin producing inquiries within days, though tuning usually takes weeks. We do not promise results or dates.
You should. Your account, billing and data stay yours, and we work inside them, so you can leave at any time.
Our fee pays for the management work. Ad spend is the budget Google charges for clicks, and you pay it directly to the platform.
Management is $895 a month for one platform, $1,595 for two and $2,295 for three, with no setup fee or contract. Ad spend is separate.
Yes. Our CEO answers these calls himself, so there is no sales team between you and the person who runs the company.
Common mistakes
Structure
A single campaign lets the platform spend on whatever is cheapest, not on the work you most want.
Keywords
Without a growing negative list, budget leaks to searches for jobs you do not do and people who are only browsing.
Landing pages
A page built for the specific search converts better than a general front page.
Call handling
Paying for clicks that reach voicemail is one of the quietest ways to waste a budget.
Measurement
Clicks and impressions say little. Calls, bookings and signed work say much more.
The next step
Each guide ends with what to ask any Google Ads manager before you sign and what a sound report looks like. Those questions are useful even if you never work with us. When you are ready to talk through an account, schedule a short call.
